1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date for most products. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- Product must be unused and in the same condition as received
- Original packaging must be intact and undamaged
- All accessories, manuals, and documentation must be included
- Product must not show signs of installation or use
- Serial numbers and labels must be intact and unaltered
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless defective:
- Opened ink cartridges, toner, or refill kits
- Software or digital products with broken seals
- Custom-ordered or personalized items
- Clearance or final sale items (marked as such)
- Gift cards or promotional items
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
If you receive a defective product from any of the above categories, please contact us immediately for a replacement or refund.
3. How to Initiate a Return
Follow these simple steps to return your product:

Receive Return Authorization
We'll provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and shipping instructions within 24 hours.
Pack Your Item
Securely pack the item in its original packaging with all accessories. Include the RA number inside the package.
Ship the Item
Ship the package using the provided return label or your preferred carrier. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
4. Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs depend on the reason for the return:
Free Return Shipping
- Defective or damaged products
- Wrong item shipped
- Products that don't match the description
Customer Pays Return Shipping
- Change of mind returns
- Ordered wrong product
- No longer needed
Note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable for change of mind returns.
5. Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- We will send you an email confirmation of receipt
- Inspection is completed within 2-3 business days
- Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method
- Refunds typically appear within 5-7 business days after approval
- You will receive an email notification once the refund is processed
Note: If you paid by credit card, the refund time may vary depending on your card issuer's policies. Contact your bank if you haven't received the refund within 10 business days.
6. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for defective or damaged items only. If you need to exchange an item:
- Contact us within 7 days of receiving the defective item
- Provide photos of the defect or damage
- We'll arrange for a replacement to be shipped immediately
- Return the defective item using the provided prepaid label
For change of mind exchanges, please process a return for refund and place a new order for the desired item.
7. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product:
- Contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery)
- Provide clear photos showing the damage or defect
- Keep all original packaging materials
- Do not attempt to use or repair the product
We will arrange for a replacement or full refund (including shipping costs) at no charge to you.
8. Restocking Fee
A restocking fee may apply in the following situations:
- Products returned after 30 days (15% restocking fee)
- Items returned without original packaging (10% restocking fee)
- Missing accessories or documentation (up to 25% restocking fee)
No restocking fee applies to defective items or errors on our part.
9. International Returns
For international orders:
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility
- Customs duties and taxes are non-refundable
- Returns must be sent back within 14 days of receiving RA number
- Use a trackable international shipping method
10. Warranty Claims
All products are covered by manufacturer warranties. For warranty claims:
- Contact us with your order number and warranty information
- We'll facilitate the warranty claim with the manufacturer
- Warranty repairs or replacements are handled directly by manufacturers
- Warranty periods and terms vary by brand and product
